• All artworks are wrapped and thoroughly packaged for their journey to you.

• Please contact us within 7 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason.

• Some pieces will be shipped straight away. Others will need to be made which can take 2-3 weeks. Once you've placed your order we'll be in touch to give you an estimated completion date, or feel free to email us before ordering, to find out if your chosen artwork is in stock.

HOW YOUR ARTWORK WILL ARRIVE

• Your artwork will arrive as a stand-alone piece, not pre-mounted on a backing board. So, don't panic if it looks smaller than our photos! It simply needs to be framed.

• Sending your piece as a smaller delivery means less packaging, helping us minimise our impact on the environment.

• It also gives you more flexibility around how you would like to frame your artwork. Check out our framing guide to see more options.
